The only ‘issue’ I’d have with that is that their ice cream is RICH. Add a buttery croissant, and I’m not sure I could finish it!
That combo was vanilla caramel with a cinnamon sugar croissant. Aside from tasting great the cone held up, the ice cream melted without a mess and the cone was an added snacking bonus. Maybe not every order, but it was very good. And waffle cones/cups are boring.

Can’t say I have ever been disappointed by the ice cream at NC. The corn ice cream is my favorite.

Ha! I just watched Josh on IG review some of the current flavors (I admit I want to hang with him)… he was shocked by how much he liked the watermelon chocolate, which means I’ll have to at least taste it.
That Pluot is calling to me.

As a corn on the cob fan, I couldn’t wait to try the corn flavor. Once I did, I was hooked, I got it a several times when I realized - yes, it’s corn flavored but it’s also buttery corn flavored. I quickly realized I was liking the butter taste, which then ruined it for me. lol

We had lunch at Albareno two days ago. When it came time for dessert, it occurred to me that there was a Nicholas Creamery nearby. Googling showed the Tinton Falls location was 9 minutes away.
I got the corn, and Mr. R. got the bourbon chocolate chunk. Both were delicious.

I did not snap a pic of the pumpkin/apple cider dbl scoop I enjoyed but both are dynamite! As far as I can tell, NC is the true pumpkin ice cream master (so many shops taste artificial) and if you enjoy cider, you won’t be disappointed. Fig/goat cheese is also back.

Stopped in last night and had the apple cider with caramel sauce was excellent as always.
Yeah, pumpkin and fig/goat will get me in there sooner vs. later! There’s also a black ras choc chunk I’ve been wanting to try.

The black raspberry has been there for a while excellent flavor….one of my go-to when they have it. I liked the goat cheese cherry as well but it’s been replaced by the fig

Yeah, I’ve been seeing the flavor on the list for months but whenever I’m thinking of going I talk myself out of it in-season! I may get over there tomorrow.

I’m curious about these flavors. For example, do they take an apple crumb pie from Delicious Orchards and blitz it into ice cream, or do they serve ice cream alongside apple crumb pie?
