So if the latest concerns over black plastic utensils–or plastics in general–have you looking elsewhere, our friends at Thermoworks have added two new silicone utensils to their line of excellent silicone spatulas. One is a 1/2 cup ladle ($15), the other is a turner (also $15). Both are supposedly rated to 600F, and you have the choice of 10 colors.
