Wegman’s used to be the liquor store of my choice but since moving to Hazlet I’m really loving Wine Academy. Fantastic prices - better than Wegmans most of the time, and they always have free wine samples from a machine. They’ve been fully stocked all through March and there’s never been a bad line.

Having said that we have about 300 bottles of wine and beer in the basement along with a few handles of whiskey so I think we’re set. If anyone needs some wine or beers feel free to stop by! Alcoholism in full effect!

I like Wine Academy but Bottle King is still cheaper for nearly everything.

I’m not sure where Kmart used to be, it’s in the same lot as Burlington and Aldi.

@gcaggiano I coulda sworn I compared with bottle king and they had cheaper prices but I might be mistaken! I get 11$ vodka and 18$ whiskey a handle so that keeps me going there hehe

Depends on the brand. I have not been to Wine Academy in a while, but they, Buy Rite (Holmdel), and the like are usually similarly priced. Bottle King routinely comes in at several dollars less for many items.

For a while, most places got $24.99 for a bottle of Johnnie Walker Red. Bottle King would get $19.99. Just to give an example.

Buy Rite (by Rook) is fine. They’re a lot closer so I go there for certain items which are not priced so differently. Bottle King is just better.

Agree. I find BK to have best prices locally. One particular wine I like is about 2 to 3 bucks a bottle cheaper there on a ten dollar bottle

Call the bistro to place your order, and pay via credit card.
Let us know what time you would like to pick up.
Pull into the parking lot, and your order will be brought out to your car. We will start taking orders right away, and will take them until 5:00PM, or until we sell out.
We may have to limit the number of people that can pick up at the same time, as it leads to a bit of parking lot confusion - Thank you for being patient with us!
