Yeah, as someone who paid $ 100. for ONE 1lbs. strip steak, (which I still question if it was prime & aged) I’m skeptical as well.

And get there early – i went the other day at 2:00 pm and had the order in hand by 2:45… when I arrived, the orders then were taking 90 minutes … and they run out of dough roughly by 3:30 or 4:00pm… and the pizza WAS very good. Not sure as good as all the hype but the crust is outstanding. We ordered 4 pizza’s and olives and the total was $85. Fed the family (4) just fine. So price was reasonable from that standpoint.
The Bianca was excellent – just enough garlic and went so fast i never got a picture of it…
The Anna had an amazing Pomodoro and Sea Salt flavor that was my second favorite
Then we had the Marinara which was very simple and just that, the crust was all since nothing but San Marzano tomatoes
and finally, my favorite, the Margherita – with an incredible very smoky flavor and basil afterthought …
but truly, the star IS the crust. Just exactly right… crusty where it needs to be, airy around the edges with a slight burn, and nice and soft in the middle… The whole family enjoyed the crust

A big thanks to @CurlzNJ for posting this recommendation. Local 130 Seafood Delivery was fabulous! I realize they don’t normally do this but I would love if they did. I ordered 3 lbs of salmon (individually packed into 1lbs portions), 1 lbs of gorgeous scallops (tomorrow’s dinner), 1 lb of tuna and a package of black bass that had 2 enormous fillets. Ordered mid day on a Sunday and it arrived without me touching anyone before 11 AM the next day.

Also, my Chili’s app (yes, I downloaded it after one visit in 15 years) is offering a free dessert with every takeout order.
I did not realize that Bottle King is now curbside and delivery only. There was a worker outside who explained it. He said there was a long wait, so best bet was to go back home and order online and I would be called when it is ready (likely a few hours). Delivery, he said, would be about two days.

last I tried it says they were full for delivery and curbside on website. Maybe they calmed down a bit. I hit up the clown on sat to stock up for a bit.

I know it’s further south for you but let me give a shout out to the liquor store in Cobblestone Village on West Park Ave in Ocean Township. Last Friday I want to Wegmans to stock up on booze and the line was insane at least 50-75 people wrapped around the store, I guess I’m not a true alcoholic cause I said f’ this, and left.
Driving home I thought let me stop at Cobblestone and see what’s going on there. Not only was it empty it was fully stocked AND same price as Wegmans! So I bought a case of stoli and found comfort in the realization I am truly the alcoholic I always thought I was!!!
Regarding your Gabriella’s post, while I like the place the fact they purchase pre-portioned individual steaks is a big strike for a “steakhouse”. If you are going to call yourself that at their price point (it’s not Outback) you should be butchering and aging your own meat. Just my $.02
