I love shortbread. Cute is a plus.
Not yet, but I just might… was hoping to see if anyone had tried these before — not the brand, these pacific ravioli ![]()
They sound like they could be great…
ETA: Oopsie! Just saw that the brisket ones have bbq sauce inside as well. Hard nope.
But the short rib? Anyone? Bueller?
Through the magic of Google image search:
The image shows a single piece of Hongyuan Plum-Flavored Hard Candy.
- The candy is a Chinese brand, Hongyuan
thank you!
I saw them rhe orher day but wasnt in a mood to try them. 100% with you on a hard pass on the pulled pork.
Their other flavors are good.
We had the 5 (6?) cheese tortellini recently in the NYT creamy tort soup. Not bad.
The roasted chicken one is actually close enough yo dairy free that I can enjoy it in moderation, so I buy it regularly
I have been getting Central Market, the fancy house brand at HEB. It is very good, too.
So just saw these again at Publix (on Bogo no less) so snagged a bag of the short rib version.
Also picked up a package of the pappardelle with meat sauce (family size so I have leftovers) and its a pretty big yum. The noodz are al dente, and the sauce is savoury amd well balanced with just enough spice to make you take notice. Not hot at all, just great flavor.
Cheese-stuffed jalapeños in a spicy tomato sauce.
I picked these up at a Mexican grocery store. Not bad. Not sure I’ll buy them again but I am glad I tried them.
When I visited a relatively unvisited part of Spain many years ago, kids on a school bus pointed at me and shouted “La morena!”
←that was their face , not mine
.
What a shock! (For you, and for them!)
Some people have been moaning online in Canada about how awful Terry’s Chocolate Orange has become. Mondolez had moved production to Poland from York around 2005. It looks like Mondolez sold Terry’s Orange to Eurazeo in 2016.
Most Terry’s Chocolate Orange products are currently made in Strasbourg, France. I will check the label to see where the Terry’s oranges in Canada are being made.
For those who like orange chocolate, this may be of interest
Now I can’t recall where I purchased this pack, but think the noodles and flavoring packet might make a good base for a veg soup.
Excellent just as it is. I’m on my second 4 pack (it’s so much larger than regular ramyun packs I thought there were 5 in there). I’m sure I got this at HEB or Walmart Neighborhood Market, the only 2 places I regularly order from. 280 calories/cup, 540/package. 780mg sodium/cup, 34%.
Those look delicious. I wonder if I can get them here?
I think you’ll love them ![]()
if they don’t ship direct to the US, I bet they are sold online through a few places in the US.
their bar is available here ![]()
I bought the Caramelized Almonds Ritter Sport and Kipferl Ritter Sport today. These were half price at Rexall in Ontario today.
Have not tried either yet
