Splurge at the Oyster House. 2 of each kind on offer to make a dozen, plus 2 cherrystones just for me as my PIC’s not a fan. My two favorite varieties were the Sweet Amalias — briny, yet sweet, and the Chef’s Creek — medium briny and very creamy.
