I’m in Florida and grew my first tomatoes in a raised bed on my lanai. We had a bad frost this week and the plants died, leaving me with about a dozen small green tomatoes. They were beefsteaks but never did grow to size. I’m looking for suggestions on what to do with them. I don’t thing fried green tomatoes will work on these little guys. They are much smaller than they look here!
I would pickle them (love me some pickled green tomatoes!) but here are some other ideas:

We got an allotment and had an excess of green tomatoes. I used quite a lot as a souring agent in south Indian curries. I also made several jars of chutney. I used this recipe, went down well at Christmas.
I’ve made this salsa with my green tomatoes!
Sí to salsa, green tomatoes are a good sub for tomatillos.
I think I have also made a preserve.
ETA It might have been the chutney.
