Hi All, So I’ve been playing with koji for about 4 years now and am wondering if any of you do. Also, KojiCon 2025 starts tomorrow, are any of Y’all coming? Yesterday I got some cocoa beans and am planning to grow Koji on them, maybe make some Amazake with it, grind some of it into cocoa powder, and maybe make a miso too. Have any of Y’all done this? What did you make with it?
