Knife Recommedation: What are some good $80-150 Western Style Chef's knives?

Further comments on Ken Onion Rain slicer: the more I use it, the more I like it. Sliced out a perfect sector from a large honeydew melon with great accuracy and little effort. Haven’t yet tried with fish or meats like in video. Seems to be great candidate for honing and stropping.
