June 2022 Cookbook of the Month Announcement: Edward Lee Month

In June, we’ll cook together from Kentucky-based chef Edward Lee’s two books, SMOKE AND PICKLES and BUTTERMILK GRAFFITI. I’ll post a reporting thread on June 1, but in the meantime, please use this thread for general discussion about the books and their recipes. And of course, please keep posting about your cooking from our May book, The New Midwestern Table, from our recent past COTMs, or from pre-March 2022 COTMs.
