Jarred Bean Salad???

I used to make a 64oz container of bean salad using canned beans, fresh onion, and fresh red bell pepper. Packet of Good Seasons Italian dressing, additional garlic powder, Splenda, vegetable oil, white vinegar. I included most of the liquid in the cans.
Just me, so it could take months to finish. Actually longer, since I used all the remaining liquid as salad dressing.
It was fine just refrigerated.

I think I remember you said Costco wasn’t an option before, but there is a summer time only Tuscan Bean Salad that Costco sells that is really good. If you have any delivery service or Costco-enabled friends, that’s a delicious one to pick up. Comes in a hefty plastic tub, but I finished that baby within a week myself.

I came to 3 bean salad later in life. I like this version from the mom of the Washington Post’s food critic. I naturally adjust it, almost no sugar and I like to add tarragon:
