Jamaican Beef Patties

I use this recipe from Serious Eats.It’s been awhile, but here’s my post about it. ETA Ooo! 2020!

This time I used Goya wrappers. There are those for baking and those for frying. I think I mixed them up.

I highly recommend these frozen ones I get in ATL for the crust, not as good as the ones in Queens in the 70’s, and I much prefer my own filling (and crimping!)
