Have you made Irish bacon and cabbage? I haven’t made it, but I can see how Corned Beef and Cabbage is related to Bacon and Cabbage. In Toronto, one of the 2 historic Irish neighborhoods is called Cabbagetown (the other one is Corktown). It used to smell like boiled Cabbage.
