Really? Our oven (actually two - double wall oven) is a pretty standard size oven and the big pan fits fine.
My oven is what you might call “cheap apartment standard size”
I generally use my Demeyere Atlantis/John Pawson pieces on my induction stovetop but sometimes reach for a De Buyer Mineral B pan if I’m looking for something more nonstick for hard searing. I prefer carbon steel over cast iron.
