Which are the most preferable Indian Egg Platters?

Welcome, @eggholic : can you please clarify what you mean by ‘preferred platters’?

Do you mean what Indian egg dishes are popular? If yes, I like akoori. Egg curry is not bad too. I plan on experimenting with nargisi kofta with a vegetarian outer layer. I dislike runny yolks so I avoid any dishes with that profile.

What egg dishes do you like? Any ideas to share?
