It’s like chicken bullion powder with salt and yeast and other less expensive ingredients listed first. Personally I hate the trend of cooking with commercial bullion powder. I try to keep homemade stock on hand for incorporating into my cooking

I prefer BTB over bouillon, and always have several varieties in the fridge.
