We had our second PT sesh with our new trainers. We can barely walk or raise our arms above our shoulders. I guess that’s a good sign (?). Then I had yet another trigger point needling appointment to deal with my chronic pain (the one in late April seemed to only exacerbate the issue, leaving me in pain for most of our Berlin sojourn), and after talking with the doctor we decided against it, since it hadn’t helped the first two times.
