I’m surprised some Hot Cross Bun recipes bake at temps as low as 350 F and others at temps as high as 425F.
For those of you who make them, how hot is your oven?

I went with 400 F convection on, following Bertinet. It took 18 minutes to reach 209 F internally on buns that weighed 75 grams each before baking.
