Homemade pasta and ravioli, dough recipes to share?

I’ve never made it at home. It is an extended pasta so I would assume if you had the die then you could make it at home.

You can buy an attachment to your/most machine(s).

Today I made some spaghetti with my Philips pasta maker and the “large spaghetti” die, which is more of a normal size than large.

I used the recipe from the manual for durum pasta with egg: 200g semolina, 50g AP flour, and 95g of egg plus water. I thought it came out pretty well. This makes two decently sized servings. I also tried @ChristinaM ‘s hint of turning it off and on during the kneading part for a longer knead. I still had to pause and scrape down the sides.
