Home Cured Salmon Experiments - ( Gravlax, “Smoked” Salmon, Lox, etc)

New batch of gravlax to pair with Lefse / Norwegian potato flatbread.

Flavors this time included citrus, smoked tea leaves, vodka, and white pepper.

Very nice, and the well-sized fillets sliced up neatly too.

Most of the batch has been frozen for friends.
