Delia’s Cumberland sauce for reference so no one needs to Google
I may have said this on the other thread, so apologies if so. The sauce is usually served cold, traditionally alongside cold cuts of game or ham. I make a version which I serve hot with duck, as a change from the more traditional French bitter orange sauce (which I also make a cheats version of using my own homemade Seville orange marmalade).
