Any recommendations for these?
I’m looking for one that’s big enough to hold two Chinese vegetable cleavers (8 inch-long blades), 8 inch blade chef’s knife, and assorted smaller blades.
I own this one from Wüsthof - it has served me well for now 6-7 years.
High quality.
