I think I’ll give this fairly simple Farmhouse on Boone butternut squash and cream cheese pasta recipe a try.

I used the Farmhouse on Boone recipe as inspiration. linguine with cream cheese, roasted butternut squash, sauteed onions and shallots, black pepper, sage. I made a white sauce with 2 percent milk, flour and butter, instead of using cream
