WANJA JEON / KOREAN BEEF & TOFU PATTIES
This is one of my favorite banchan.
Ground beef (usually turkey in my case) is mixed well with tofu, aromatics, soy sauce, and sesame oil. The patties are coated in egg before pan-frying. They’re usually small in size, but I made them burger-sized this time to save time.
These are good hot, warm, or cold, and even better with a bit of gochujang or ssam sauce.
