For no good reason, I am reminded that if you lick a 9V battery, you get the sensation of sourness.

It wouldn’t work for me. I measure and sprinkle by the pinch. My salt pig would be mightily offended if I were to introduce this inanity to the kitchen. Plus, my kitchen has an allergy to low sodium cooking.
