EGGNOG | How do you personalize it or add your own twist to Eggnog?

I am a big fan of the Advocaat, and warm eggnog poured over ice cream (a la an affogato) is always welcomed in my house.

Have you ever had a Bombardino?

It’s popular as an après ski cocktail in the Alps, and uses Vov, Italian egg liqueur.

I sprinkle nutmeg on my eggnog. Sometimes I add rum or brandy.

Sometimes I add eggnog to my coffee.

I was surprised to see Eierlikor and Eierlikor -filled chocolates and Eierlikor in bottles were really popular in Bavaria around Easter, on my last visit in March 2019.

I like that idea, I just bought bottle of Kahlúa and I have eggnog on my grocery list. I usually just drink it with a shot of bourbon and a sprinkle of nutmeg.

We use it as the batter for french toast.
We use it in tiramisu.
We whip it in a blender with Kahlua and ice.
