That reminds me, I have to take the lamb shank out of the freezer.

This Tsoureki has mastic, mahleb and cardamom.
I may try a half recipe of this recipe this year in addition to the My Greek Dish recipe.

This Armenian Choreg calls for nigella and mahleb

My Easter Ham is in the freezer. I haven’t figured out all of the sides, yet. I know Sunshine will want brown sugar sweet potatoes and I know I’ll serve peas as a vegetable. I was thinking about making some (Glen & Friends - youtube) rolls, I really like them.

I’m hoping to get some ideas from other posters on the forum. Yes, I will copy your side dishes!! (LOL)

I already picked up Sunshine’s Chocolate Eater Bunny; I know its silly, but it is a tradition I’ve been doing for years.

I think your Easter bunny for Sunshine is very sweet! You take great care of her and it’s so touching.

Sweet was the first thought that popped up in my mind, too.

This sounds great. My first rhubarb from the garden might be ready by April 20th.

We still have a bunch of lamb in our basement freezer from our 1/2 lamb share, so we may roast a leg or grill it butterflied. Sides are generally my fabulous potatoes au gratin & maybe some haricots verts or asparagus.
