I used this (but with a very healthy squeeze of lime juice instead of rice vinegar) on a green salad I took by request to a taco party last night and got raves - thanks! (Other ingredients: baby crispy green leaf lettuce, baby red butter lettuce, radish, hakurei turnip, hearts of palm, thawed frozen roasted corn.)
