The Chinese at Yangjiang have been partnering with many countries, including Sweden, Austria, and Japan, while improving their own steel–most recently marketing their own designer knife with powder steel:

Cangshan is already marketing a Swedish steel knife with Williams Sonoma, endorsed by a famous american chef.
