Do you blend your own chili powder?

I just recently used some dried and ground ancho chilies in a chili meat sauce

Still better than store bought

Making chili and chile blends for gifting again. Unfortunately i didn’t label, but there seem to be about three dried peppers with just the right amount of fruit, sweet, tart, and heat.
