Hey, I just discovered that More-Than-Gourmet Demi Glacé concentrate is no longer being manufactured for retail sale-only restaurant use. Does anyone have a suggestion for a similar substitute product? I loved it. Was easily stored and great for a quick little green peppercorn sauce addition to a steak, pork tenderloin or what have you.

Ask your Local French/Fine Dining Restaurant if they will sell you some Demi or Veal Stock?
