I got it the in the end, couldn’t resist the deal. :laughing: I understand the high expectation and the disillusionment, but I guess no matter what, I will still learn something out of this book.

I am seduced especially by corn bread. I had eaten some in restaurants these recent years, they were very good, but rarely I find them in bakery.

It will be interesting that HO bread bakers start a thread discussing their favourite recipes.
