I’m psyched that Audible is issuing audiobook versions of seminal cookbooks, narrated by their authors. Mastering the Art of French Cooking and Jacques Pepin’s Complete Techniques are in my cart, and I am thinking of adding Pati’s Mexican Table. Any other recommendations?
