and I went to Willcox, AZ, to Apple Annie's farm and got some great produce. I'll put their chiles up against Hatch's any day. Anyway, tonight I scorched a few green and red chiles and a poblano for skirt steak tacos tonight.

but not some poblanos I roasted last week! They were huge!

I stuffed those with yellow -eyed peas and some cheeses
