Today I found a lightly used 14" Calphalon Commercial oval fish pan. Iron handle affixed to long side of pan w/3 rivets. Lining looks solid, but it could stand a cleaning.
This is the real deal, the hard-anodized line that made Calphalon famous.

Tempting, but da wahine would kill me if I bring another pan into this house.
