Outstanding. Your description alone made me hungry.
Ground turkey patty cooked on the Foreman topped with bread stuffing, cranberry chutney, a few crispy tater tots and brown gravy, no bun.
ay ay ay, aji amarillo!!
The man came home with a loaf of bacon cheese bread from Schatz bakery (a work buddy was on vacation in Bishop,) so he’s getting a patty melt with lots of grilled onions on that bread. Condiments will be his choice.
Mine will be a patty with Gorgonzola and some of the onions. We’re out of fresh greens to put it on but I’ll figure out something to go with it.
Built a burger tonight. The meat, chuck and brisket.
Condiment, mini multicolored tomatoes diced and cooked until thick with a little sugar and salt for flavor and color. A side slaw to cut the richness
Nice looking meal.
Thanks. It does appear there are some grilled onions on the burger. As well.
When you cook 90% off the cuff, it’s hard to keep track
Ground dark meat chicken, chopped spring onion, chopped cilantro, toasted sesame oil, five spice powder to taste, one egg. Mix well and shape into a oblong shape. Grill. Butter and toast a bahn mi roll, add patty and top with hot sauce.
