I don’t buy “ cold cuts” per se, but imported mortadella, that’s another story!

A different construction today. Still a little messy, but this time I was losing tomatoes vs. stracciatella :smiley:

Farmers Market for the win! Tomatoes, burrata, basil and arugula sprouts were part of the goodies from the market. I never get bored with this combo especially when tomatoes are at their peak.

Gorgeous plate. I harvested my first tomatoes (Purple Cherokees) today and was kicking myself for having forgotten to grab burrata when I was at the market. Had to settle for bruschetta!
