500ml of water Sauce
8 tablespoons of red sauce
2 tablespoons of soft brown sugar
2 tablespoons of sweet chilli sauce
2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce or Henderson relish 2 tablespoons of soy sauce salt and pepper
