Former cilantro hater, now a cilantro lover. I wish I could travel back to Thailand, now that I enjoy both spicy foods and cilantro, which wasnât the case in '99.
Iâll throw bunches of it on and in any dish that requires it - including some that donât, e.g. I like adding cilantro to chimichurri, even though itâs not typically a featured ingredient. But then I probz also make it spicier than it should be
Ngò Gai/Culantro/Sawtooth Herb/ Thorny Coriander⌠is a great addition to the Herb Garnish for Phᝠand Sweet and Sour Fish or Shrimp Soup (Canh Chua).
A lot of Peruvian Recipes use Cilantro sometimes in conjunction with Ahi Amarillo or Green Rocoto Peppers.

Seco de Res (or uses Culanrto)
I make my chimichurri with cilantro and dried Mexican oregano.
I just received âconfetti corianderâ seeds. Im looking forward to planting them.
Supposed to be slower to bolt, sweeter and easier to chopđ. Will report back.
