Awesome cilantro - your recipes

Ok. Now I need to get some culantro.

I LOVE cilantro with the same fervor that some people absolutely HATE it. Now I will have to pick up some
Culantro and try it on my street tacos, with my Thai fish sauce wings, my salads, etc.

Former cilantro hater, now a cilantro lover. I wish I could travel back to Thailand, now that I enjoy both spicy foods and cilantro, which wasn’t the case in '99.

I’ll throw bunches of it on and in any dish that requires it - including some that don’t, e.g. I like adding cilantro to chimichurri, even though it’s not typically a featured ingredient. But then I probz also make it spicier than it should be

Ngò Gai/Culantro/Sawtooth Herb/ Thorny Coriander… is a great addition to the Herb Garnish for Phở and Sweet and Sour Fish or Shrimp Soup (Canh Chua).

A lot of Peruvian Recipes use Cilantro sometimes in conjunction with Ahi Amarillo or Green Rocoto Peppers.
A few examples:
Aji Verde (Sauce)
Green Rice
Sometimes in Tallarines Verdes
Seco de Res (or uses Culanrto)

I just received ‘confetti coriander’ seeds. Im looking forward to planting them.
Supposed to be slower to bolt, sweeter and easier to chop😂. Will report back.
Has anyone grown this before?
