Moroccan Beet Soup.
Does anyone have this recipe? It looks interesting but the link takes me to the store but no recipe.

It looks like the store took down all their recipe links. I don’t have the recipe unfortunately.
It seems most panzanellas involving tuna don’t include beets.
I did find a couple beet, tuna and chickpea salad recipes, for a starting point. Like this one.
I also found some beet panzanellas that don’t include tuna.
And a tuna chickpea panzanella recipe lacking beets.
