I enjoyed this deviation from a Club today.
The toasted FriYay. Not a double or triple decker.
Chicken, bacon, arugula, Swiss cheese, roasted red peppers, pesto mayo. the toasted version is grilled in butter.
at Sirkel Foods in Stratford, Ontario. I will try to replicate this one at home.
Would be good with leftover Thanksgiving turkey, too.
