I made a franken-bread this afternoon, a bread I’ve made many times before, but not quite like this one!
Honey oat pain de mie, a King Arthur bread, a nice sandwich bread and delicious for toast. Due to the heated fermentation mode, it exceeded all expectations..6 1/2 “ tall.
