Superbly timed for me. There’s a cauliflower in the fridge staring at me accusingly for not having cooked it yet. With these ideas, I won’t have to take any more attitude from said cauliflower. :wink:

My latest use is a splash or two into gravy. Good with roast chicken. Outstandingly good with roast lamb.
