This is close to a full-service sharpening/rehab option. Packages range from $59 for 4 knives up to 14 knives at $149. Prepaid mailers and sleeves. Reviews indicate about a 1-week turnaround. From enlarging one of the photos, the knives are sent to SOCAL. Posted reviews seem quite positive.
