I love the beef noodle soup as much as @Mr_Happy . The noodle was chewy with great texture. The beef chunks was tender and well marinated. The vegetable was well cooked. The chili sauce on the side was fabulous. We took some home. We just had the Din Tai Fung’s version of beef noodle and this was leagues better.
We got two plates of dumpling. The chives/pork/shrimp one, and the fish one. The skin was perfectly al dente, and the chives/ pork / shrimp filling was nicely marinated. I think their dumplings were also much better than the Kingdom of Dumpling versions.
The fish dumplings I think was ok, but the fish texture was too fine, i.e. couldn’t stand up to chewing after being put inside the skin. The fish taste was also a bit too nuanced for a dumpling.
Overall, the quality was high. The quality to price ratio was even higher.
