Your kitchen prep, how do you plan ahead?

ah…I’m wearing my Sunday brain. Ha! Now I see.

No I eat plenty of both, but I cut when I need to, not in advance.

The only fruit I would cut as needed would be watery fruit like watermelon, pineapple come to mind.

Oh good topic! I dream of being a person who plans meals or plans what to buy at the grocery store. This is amusing to me because my actual job is has been managing a portfolio of projects… Anyway, I usually buy fish, chicken and and another protein then a few veggie depending on the season. I always have carbs, beans or lentils. I haven’t cooked much that will take more than 45 min a good year and half unless the baby is at school!
