Reviving this senior thread because I sampled an excellent soy sauce today, and I should’ve bought some, but I’m trying to limit my condiments to “things I don’t already have,” and even that is not especially limiting. Anyway, recommend:

Bought this recently. The company is from Mystic/N Stonington CT. Excited to try it but I want to be judicious because it was pricey and it is only 150 mL.

Looks good. I’ll have to see if it’s available at the local Japanese shop where I buy my tamari: Uminoset.
