It would probably be scampi style. If we’re vacationing in South Carolina and they’re fresh off the boat, I love them in a low country boil. As well as batter dipped & fried. Heck I don’t think I’ve met a shrimp or prawn I don’t like. Unless they’re over cooked.
Those look really good Jeff. I bet those bread crumbs really made that dish better.
The bread crumbs definitely make the shrimp better but the ones that end up in the pasta really make the dish.
