The scene in Ratatouille when the food critic harkens back to his childhood is magic. I was pissed I had to watch it with my kids. I really liked it. Then, we made ratatouille.

Just another shout-out for Tampopo, which I recently watched again for the second time - the first being in 1985 when it first came out. Still hilarious, I found it timeless. The scene with the raw egg just about did me in.
