I just read a glowing review on this item on Eater. It really sounds terrific. I love my pizza stone, but since my kitchen remodel, it’s been banished to the basement, where I forget about it, and then don’t make homemade pizza as often as I could.
Has anyone used it as a pizza stone would be used?
